Treatment needs vary between patients. Your written estimate sets out the agreed procedures, inclusions and separate charges before you decide. If new findings change the plan, the dentist discusses the options and revised estimate with you before continuing.

Questions international patients ask
How should I compare dental treatment costs in India?
Compare written plans with the same treatment scope, implant or restoration materials and aftercare. Include travel, accommodation, return visits and local follow-up in your budget. We can discuss a provisional plan from your records; the treatment and estimate are confirmed after an in-person assessment.
How long do I need to stay in India?
It depends on the treatment. Crowns, veneers, a smile makeover or root canals can be completed in 5–10 days. Implants need two trips: 5–7 days for surgery, then 3–4 months of healing at home, then 5–7 days to fit the crowns. Orthodontics is managed with a first fitting here and remote monitoring, with adjustment visits scheduled around your travel.
Can I get a treatment plan before I travel?
Yes, and you should. Send us an OPG or CBCT scan and clinical photographs on WhatsApp or email, and we will send back a provisional treatment plan, a fee estimate and a realistic schedule. It is provisional until we examine you, but it is accurate enough to book flights around.
What if something goes wrong after I return home?
We provide the full clinical record, including radiographs, implant system, batch numbers and lab specifications, so any dentist anywhere can take over the case. Our implants are from Straumann, Nobel Biocare and Osstem, which are serviceable worldwide; a locally-branded implant that no dentist abroad can source is the actual risk with cheap dental tourism, and we do not use them. We remain reachable on WhatsApp for follow-up.
Why Lucknow rather than Delhi or Mumbai?
Cost, mainly. The same clinical standard at a metropolitan clinic carries metropolitan overheads. Lucknow has an international airport with direct connections to the Gulf and one-stop connections onward, and it is a straightforward city to be a patient in. The specific reason to come here rather than another Lucknow clinic is the in-house CAD/CAM laboratory, which is what makes a compressed 7-day treatment schedule possible at all.
Do you help with travel and accommodation?
We do not sell packages, which we think is the honest position. Clinics that bundle hotels are earning on the hotel. What we do is give you a treatment schedule with exact dates and chair times before you book anything, and a list of hotels near the clinic at a range of budgets. You book your own travel and pay only for dentistry.
